Freeing the questions

Living with a happy, cheerful and joyful body is a success. It is a great ability and courage to look at the situations we are in most of the time with a realistic perspective and still smiles.

Maybe only a free mind can smile with a big shine. Maybe this is the reflection for the outside from in.

For this purpose, like many of us, I do not put my best back and value the spare time that is left for me. Like a homecoming party on weekends. An opportunity to start the week with a smile. Having a lovevly Sunday bearkfast, spending time with your loved ones, readings, body & mind exercies plus; holistic therapies, yoga practices, body therapies, sound & light therapies, meditation.

But how successful can it be if the majority does not make the same effort? Or how long can this success be continued?

The important thing is not to answer the questions, but to be able to free the mind from the questions, says a philosophy style. Here I write exactly with this intention. My goal is to relax my mind 🙂

People are surly, the streets are dirty … Waiting for the radiance of joy of life – when you know that unemployment exists in the very high level, and the status and return of working conditions are not well – is it unscrupulous? Or is it a completely different problem that those people are incapable of throwing their garbage in the trash? Is it so difficult for them to be able to instantly evaluate what they leave behind? Can it be relieved by punishments? What does the existence of these penalties feel those people who already comply with these rules?

Touching the cognition on the psychical level 1

As a mirror of tensions in the mind, we are experiencing physical jams. It is as if our body processes the stress of life. Tensions and tightness in our muscles, tendons, and connective tissues are moving towards bigger problems if we cannot intervene when necessary. When a node has not been solved yet, new nodes are added to it.

Holistic health methods help us to survive the blows we receive in the lightest way.

One of them and one of the fastest them all for me is massage therapy. Of course, with a session, massage does not pull you out of your current location. However, it reduces the effect of negative potential by pausing and loosening before it turns into physical.

With scientific data, massage reduces the level of cortisol, that is, it has an effect on the level of hormones that our body attacks at the moment of stress. Emotions are beginning to change with decreased cortisol and increased serotonin. The mind, triggered by a chemical effect, is changing its way to healthier.

Each massage has different features. For example, the oils used by the aromatherapy cause mental relaxation more quickly with the smell and the feeling of slippery, but it is not as effective as a shiatsu session in relieving physically chronic contractions.

Although the varieties differ in their characteristics, the right therapy can touch consciousness physically.

Zihinde yaşanan gerginliklerin aynası olarak bedensel sıkışmalar yaşıyoruz. Sanki bedenimiz hayatın stresini içine işliyor. Gerekli zamanda müdahale edemessek kaslarımızdaki, tendonlarımızdaki, bağ dokularımızdaki gerginlik ve sıkışmalar daha büyük sorunlara doğru ilerliyor. Bunlardan biri ve benim için en hızlı olaya müdahale edibilenlerden biri masaj. Elbette bir seansla masaj sizi oldugunuz yerden bambaşka bir yere çekip çıkarmıyor. Ancak fiziksele dönüşme potansiyeli olanı duraklatıp, gevşetip, etkisini azaltıyor. 

Bilimsel verilerle masaj kortizol seviyesini azaltıyor, yani bedenimizin stress anında saldıladığı hormon seviyesi üzerinde etki yaratıyor. Azalmış kortizol ve artmış seratonin ile birlikte duygular değişmeye başlıyor. Kimyasal etkiyle tetiklenmiş zihin daha sağlıklıya doğru yolunu değiştiriyor. 

Her masaj farklı özellikler taşıyor. Mesela aroma terapi kullandıgı yağlar, koku ve kayganlık hissiyle daha hızlı bir şekilde zihinsel rahatlamaya yol açarken, fiziksel olarak kronikleşmiş kasılmaları rahatlatmada bir shisatsu seansı kadar etkili olmuyor.

Çeşitleri özellikleri seviyesinde farklılıklar göstersede doğru bir terapi bilince fiziksel düzeyde dokunabiliyor.
