Cultivating connection with horses
I may say that I was not very comfortable and couldn’t feel much except from my tenseness. However it’s very normal and I believe I will find easiness in it soon if I do it regularly and this will stimulate and improve my comfort and also communication with her.
Today, I’ve got an experience a ride on a horse at a canter. If you cannot do it without bouncing, you are jumping on horseback. Doing it without bouncing requires skill. The exact timing and smooth movement. On the horseback, even for a short time, it’s harder than it seems but also amazingly pleasant. Such a great experience 🖤 I’m thankful.
