I will attempt to climb a mountain this weekend!!!
Whether I can do this or not, trying to climb this mountain gives me a great excitement!
I know that even daily hiking or only one night staying under the stars 🌌will mean a lot to me and change my mood even the days after. They are great short-cut to mindfulness and direct flight ✈️from the regular life to entire immersion in atmosphere full of qualitatively different sounds 🎶🎵🐦and images🌲🌳🌻🌸🌼. More sunlight, more oxygen, more bird songs, more green and…ah, streams 💧and of course increased physical activity. What can boost serotonin better? 🤗All ticked in one without costing a fortune. This has a little bit extra in it. I have to admit that climbing a peak part thrills me a lot!! 😆😊
